Flow Box  = A fitness class based on boxing drills and clubell conditioning. Padwork drills begin with simple strikes, gradually increasing complexity and sophistication; improving co-ordination, hand speed and power. Clubell conditioning exercises help condition the body, improving boxing movement and power development.

 

Matrix Conditioning  = An all body conditioning workout using clubells that help to strengthen and tone the body. Primarily based on health first fitness this is a functional way of achieving your training goals.

 

Prasara Body Flow Yoga = developing the movement from one asana pose to another in a smooth flow, prasara yoga is a dynamic form of yoga and can be performed as a gentle release, or as a vigorous workout.

 

Fighter's Body Conditioning = preparing for combat sports requires conditioning the body using gripping exercises, gravel bags, sticks, clubs and bars. This type of training is only recommended for those intending to compete in full contact martial arts.

 

Tacfit = Tactical fitness is a circuit style workout based on first response fitness of the armed forces, police and fire services. A metabolic conditioning system that is for the fit, brave and bragging rights!

Sparring – Putting your padwork drills to the test against your partner, sparring is the step before competition. Although sparring tends to be light/moderate in intensity, it is recommended that you have a reasonable level of ability before sparring.
