Summer Camp 2015.

Our most popular training and social event is once again booked at Fairway Holiday Park, Isle of Wight.

I have decided to try a slightly different approach to what I have done before. I will run a series of seminars on key topics of our art in between daily sessions of fitness, stretching, pushing hands, sticky hands, meditation and practise of the kung fu routines.

The seminars will cover Tong Ling Chi Kung, Vein Tendon Chi Kung, Shuang Yang, internal power generation, stretching, sum chien, harnessing the power of the emotions and performing demonstrations.

Those of you who have attended one of our camps / retreats already will know just what to expect. For those who have not, this is a chance to live, eat and breathe kung fu for a solid week.

Plenty time to ask all of the questions that you might have discuss what interests you and get to know many different people with similar interests to your self.

We will have time to socialise in the evenings and will arrange an outing on Wednesday afternoon.

If you have any particular questions, please just mail me:
